Versatile Impeller Options: Customize your agitator with anchor, frame, paddle, or turbine impellers to match specific material characteristics (low to high viscosity) and mixing goals (homogenization, fermentation, or blending).

Precision Drive System: The tank comes with a sealed motor drive (mechanical seal or single mechanical seal) and a variable frequency drive (VFD) system, allowing stepless speed adjustment from 0 to 150 RPM. This ensures precise control over the mixing process, preventing splashing and ensuring homogeneous texture.

Durable Construction: The agitator shaft and blades are meticulously crafted from food-grade stainless steel 304/316L, ensuring corrosion resistance, longevity, and compliance with strict industry standards (GMP, CE).

General Performance:

Built with a compact structure and a smooth inner surface (mirror polishing, Ra ≤ 0.6μm), the tank guarantees easy cleaning (CIP/SIP capable) and no dead corners. It can be customized in capacity, jacket type (steam heating / electric heating), and control mode to perfectly integrate into your production line.

1.Upper Torispherical Head

The upper head of the reactor can be customized with various openings such as inlet and feed port according to customer requirements.

2. Agitator

The inner tank features mirror polishing, ensuring uniform mixing and stable performance. A variety of agitator types are available, constructed from SUS304 or 316 stainless steel.

3.Stainless Steel Electric Control Box

It controls the start/stop of the agitator motor, adjusts the stirring speed, monitors equipment operation, realizes temperature control, pressure monitoring, liquid level display, and more.

 4.Mechanical Seal

It prevents leakage and ensures contamination-free operation.
