Project Description
General Process
1. Mix the raw materials with a certain amount of solvent, heat and simmer to obtain the extract;
2. Transfer the extract to the vacuum double-effect concentrator, where the high vacuum and low boiling point principle efficiently evaporates the solvent to obtain a preliminary concentrated solution of a certain concentration;
3. Transfer the preliminary concentrated solution to the one-step granulation equipment to obtain finished powder particles, which are then sent to other workshops for further processing.

This production line equipment is a customised product. The equipment specifications and dimensions can be adjusted according to the customer's production process and available space. Different materials can be selected, including 304/316L/2205/titanium, etc. Additionally, automated control components can be added based on the customer's budget.
