Vacuum concentrator evaporation tank is suitable for evaporation and concentration of Chinese medicine extracts, juices, fine chemical solutions, etc., and can also be used for evaporation and recovery of organic solvents.

The concentration system is mainly composed of a concentration tank, a gas-liquid separator, a condenser and a liquid receiving tank. The concentration tank adopts a jacket structure and the condenser is a shell and tube type.

The evaporation tank can be installed with a stirrer to increase the evaporation rate, prevent material adhesion, and reduce the foam generation rate.

The jacket structure is a concentration tank, a tube condenser, and a coil cooler, and the surface treatment is food-grade mirror polishing. The equipment has three types of external circulation vacuum concentrators: single-effect, double-effect, and triple-effect.
